It bundles model discovery (from Hugging Face), GPU-accelerated inference (via llama.cpp and MLX), a chat UI, and an OpenAI-compatible local server in one app. Free for personal and work use. The CLI (lms), JS SDK, and Python SDK are MIT-licensed open source, the desktop app itself is proprietary. Built by Element Labs.
