402cron delivers scheduled HTTP requests on behalf of agents. Tasks use a five-field UTC cron expression, and every request carries an HMAC signature, a timestamp and a delivery id that stays stable across retries.
Destinations must be proved first: a challenge is POSTed to the exact URL and echoed back, and the permission covers that path and below rather than the whole domain.
Access is bought with USDC on Base via x402, with no account or card. Billing is $0.0005 per delivery attempt regardless of outcome, and credits do not expire.
